Every Bite Club piece starts with an impression of your teeth and a block of wax. Each tooth is carved by hand with a nail artist's fine-line precision before it's cast in precious metal, hallmarked and polished until it clicks into place.
How it works
1. Build your fit online or in the app: pick your teeth and your metal, and see the estimate change as you go.
2. Get your impression taken: use our at-home kit, or have your dentist take an impression or 3D scan.
3. On the bench: stone model, hand-carved wax sculpt, casting in Hatton Garden, hallmarking, polish.
4. Snap-fit: collect at a private appointment in London, or have it posted insured and tracked.

Open face, diamond-cut, initials, a single fang or a full top-and-bottom set — tell us in your notes. Every request is quoted individually after your impression is checked.

Questions
How long do custom grillz take?
It depends on the piece and the metal. We confirm a timeline once your impression is checked, and you can follow every stage — wax sculpt, casting, polish — in the Bite Club app.
Do I need to come in for an impression?
No. Only a GDC-registered dental professional can take an impression inside your mouth, so the studio never does. Either take your own at home with our postal kit, or have your dentist take an impression or intraoral scan and send it over.
Can I eat with grillz in?
No — take them out to eat, and drink only water while wearing them.
Are grillz safe for my teeth?
Grillz are removable jewellery, not dental treatment. Wear them for limited periods, take them out to eat, and keep both your teeth and the grill clean. If you have loose teeth, gum disease, braces or untreated decay, see your dentist first — we ask every client to confirm this before ordering.
Is the gold solid?
Yes. We work in solid 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold and 925 sterling silver, and pieces are hallmarked as UK law requires.
