The website

This website has no cookies, analytics or tracking. The fit builder and the help assistant run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to copy, share or email a request yourself.

The app

Sign in with Apple. If you continue with Apple, we receive an anonymous Apple user ID and, only if you choose to share them, your name and email. These are kept in your iPhone's Keychain and in your vault.

Your vault. Your orders, safety-check answers, mould photos, dentist details, 3D scans and messages are stored on your iPhone with Apple's file protection. When Studio Line is connected, your vault is stored in your own iCloud account and shared privately with the Bite Club studio team, so they can make your piece and reply to you. Photos and scans of your teeth can count as health information. We use them only to make your piece.

Ask (Gloss & Grit). Answers come from Bite Club's own knowledge base. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence they're written by Apple's on-device model. Your questions never leave your iPhone.

No tracking. The app contains no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking code.

Your choices

You can delete an order from your vault at any time, sign out, or delete the app to remove everything stored on your iPhone. To have the studio delete anything you've shared, message us in Studio Line and we'll remove it.

Who we are

Bite Club, London. The iPhone app is published on the App Store by Hectic Radio Ltd on behalf of Bite Club. We handle personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
